摘要
针对不等厚度 (2mm + 5mm)宇航铝合金材料LD10CS板的焊接 ,提出了用三相直流电阻焊的方法替代手工钨极氩弧焊 ,这不仅可以提高焊接效率 ,更能消除人工操作因素的影响 ,保证产品质量。通过对电阻焊各种工艺参数、工艺措施下焊点组织和力学性能的测试分析 ,了解了不等厚度铝合金电阻焊时影响质量的主要因素 ,该电阻焊接头完全符合有关标准的要求 ,可以替代弧焊用于LD10CS板的焊接。
To replace the method of manual TIG, 3-phase DC resistance welding me thod is discussed in this paper when the dissimilar thickness aluminum alloy of aerospace vessel welded. It offers a number of advantages as high efficiency, le ss skill requirement and consistent weld quality etc. Some welding variables wh ich affect the quality is studied. Testing results show that resistance spot wel d is in accordance with the relevant standards.
