摘要
利用塑性成形软件DEFORM-3D建立了单道次锥形件旋压成形的三维有限元模型,并对有限元模型中旋轮的加工路径进行了研究、分析并加以模拟,最终成功模拟出锥形件成形过程。为后期要进行的单道次轮毂等强度不等厚度旋压成形研究提供了理论基础和模拟条件。
The plastic forming sottware DEFORM-3D was used to establish the finite element model of single-pass cone part spinning forming, and the processing path of spinning wheel was researched. Finally, the spinning forming process of cone parts was successfully simulated, which can provide theoretical basis and simulation conditions for the spinning forming research of equal strength and unequal thickness parts.
