摘要
以微波作为外加物理场,采用乙醇-水为提取剂时,利用单因素优选和正交实验筛选探索提取葡萄籽中原花色素的适宜提取工艺条件。通过实验发现适宜的提取条件为:提取剂乙醇的浓度为60%,料液比为1∶8,微波功率为650 W的条件下加热80 s,然后在40℃下浸泡3 h,此时原花色素的提取率为4.52 mg/g。
Microwave as external field, ethanol -water solution used as extracting agent, single element optimized method and orthogonal test method were adopted to select and confirm the optimal extracting condition. According to the experiment, the optimal extracting conditions were 60% of concentration ethanol solution, 1 : 8 of feed liquid ratio, heat- ing by 650 W, microwave for 80 s and soaking for 3 h in 40 ℃ circumstance. The yield of proanthocyanidin can reach to4.52 mg/g.
