摘要
目的:观察温针灸对吗啡戒断大鼠空间学习能力及脑区NR2B受体表达的影响。方法:采用逐日背部皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液,末次注射后3 h给予纳络酮快速戒断,建立吗啡戒断大鼠模型。给予温针灸治疗后,采用Morris水迷宫测试大鼠空间学习能力,免疫组化方法检测伏隔核脑区NR2B受体的表达。结果:温针灸组大鼠平台逃避潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01)。温针灸组大鼠NAc脑区NMDA-NR2B受体表达增高(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸能提高大鼠的空间学习能力,其机制可能与调整脑区NR2B受体表达有关。
Objective:To observe rats’ interpace learning ability and the expression of NR2B receptor in brain area by acupuncture with warm needle after morphine withdrawal.Methods:Establish a morphine dependent SD rat model.We adopted hypodermic injection by morphine in back day by day,and injected naloxone in order to rapid withdrawal after the last injection of three hours.We used Morris water maze to testing rats’ interpace learning ability.The expression of NR2B receptor in NAc brain areas of rats were measured by immunohistochemical method.Results:The escape latent period of flat roof in acupuncture with warm needle group rats was abbreviated obviously(P〈0.01).The expression of NMDA-NR2B receptor heightened acupuncture with warm needle group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture with warm needle can improve the ability of interpace learning.The mechanism is related to adjusting the expression of NR2B receptor probably.
