摘要
提出数字电力系统(DPS)的全新概念,介绍它所涵概的相关内容和具有的丰富功能,认为该系统可在管理和决策的科学化、安全稳定性实时评估与改善及紧急控制实施等方面发挥巨大作用;指出实现OPS需要有相当的基础性研究成果和硬件作为支撑,随着新理论、新算法的产生,利用超大规模的PC机网络,将使得实现DPS具有更高的可行性;认为可采取分步实施方案,包括建立实时仿真系统和充分应用阶段性成果等。
Digital power system (DPS) is a brand new concept, its contents and rich functions included play magnificant role on scientific management and decision making, power system real-time stability evaluation and emergency control. The paper points out that DPS needs support from fundamental scientific research and computer hardware. along with the emergence of new theory, new algorithm and extra-large scale PC network, the realization of DPS becomes highly feasible. The auther suggests to execute in steps, including setting up real-time simulation system and fully applying intermediate research results.
