摘要
研究了 CuCr真空触头材料在一定的深冷处理条件下,其组织发生的微结构变化。深冷处理引起的Cu相中的过饱和Cr弥散析出,使得微观组织分布更加均匀,Cu相的导电、导热能力进一步改善。同时Cr相发生明显细化。深冷处理使CuCr真空触头材料的耐电压强度及耐电弧侵蚀得到了一定的提高。
Microstructure change of CuCr vacuum contact materials organism by cryogenic treatment is investigated. In the process, over saturated Cr in Cu phase is dispersed and divided, which made microstructure better distributed, and made Cu phase better conducting electricity and better conducting heat. At the same time, better microstructure and uniform distribution of alloys are reflected, and Voltage-resistant and electric erosion- resistant of the contacts has been improved greatly by the cryogenic treatment.
