用高致密连铸铸铁空心型材制作油缸配副零件

摘要 介绍了铸铁连铸型材从实心到空心的发展过程,论述了铸铁空心型材的铸态组织及其力学性能。事实表明,铸铁空心型材具备了"高致密、零缺陷、近终形、强韧兼备"的特性,为制造液压油缸配副零件(如密封端盖、承压环、止推环、扶正套、导向套等)提供了最佳坯材。 The development process of cast iron continuous casting profiles from solid body to hollow core was introduced, the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast iron hollow core profiles as-cast were discussed. The facts show that the hollow profiles of cast iron have the characteristics of high density, zero defect, near net shape, both strength and tough, it provides the best billet material for manufacturing pair parts for hydraulic cylinders, such as sealing end cover, compression ring, thrust ring, centralizer sleeve, guide sleeve, etc..
