摘要
通过铸铁水平连铸对比试验,研究了铸铁水平连铸过程中结晶器内铁水的对流流动状态及重力偏析等造成铸铁型材沿型材断面力学性能的不均匀性。结果表明,采用合适的工艺措施可以促进离析现象,并细化组织,有助于提高水平连铸铸铁型材断面力学性能的均匀性。
Through comparative experiments on horizontal continuous casting cast iron,effects of convection behavior of liquid iron in the mould and gravity segregation on heterogeneity of mechanical properties of cast iron profiles along section were analyzed.The results reveal that reasonable processing parameters can promote divorced precipitation and grain refinement in microstructure of horizontal continuous casting cast iron,which is helpful for improving the homogenization of mechanical properties of the profiles along section.
