摘要
在不同领域对比中日高速铁路的发展情况,得出我国高速铁路具有发展策略灵活、运行速度高、工程技术领先、动车组技术先进等优势,但同时也存在安全管理、设备管理、教育培训、人性化服务以及正点率等不足的结论,并在此基础上,提出我国高速铁路发展需合理规划路网,强化安全保障体系,努力提升经济效益和服务质量,加强国际合作,提高高铁国际竞争力等建议。
The development of Chinese high speed railway and Japanese high speed railway was comparatively analyzed in different fields, and it was concluded that Chinese high speed railway had obvious advantages, such as, flexible development strategy, higher speed, leading the feild of the engineering and technical, and advanced EMU, etc, but, it needed inhanceing security management, devic~ management, education and training, humanized services and punctuality rate. Based on the analysis, proposals about the development of Chinese high speed railway were put forward, for example, rationally planning the road network, strengthening the security system, improving economic efficiency and service quality, strengthening international cooperation to improve the international competitiveness in the high-speed railway, etc
