摘要
研究以甲醇钠为催化剂,用碳酸二甲酯(DMC)替代光气和2,4-二氨基甲苯合成2,4- 甲苯二氨基甲酸甲酯反应.加入甲酸甲酯,可使2,4-甲苯二氨基甲酸甲酯的产率提高20%, 反应中2,4-甲苯二甲酰胺和N-(2-甲基-5-氨基)苯基甲酰胺的生成对2,4-甲苯二氨基甲 酸甲酯产率的提高具有重要作用.以此为基础,推测了反应历程.
2,4-Toluene Dicarbamate (TDC) is synthesized from 2,4-Toluene Diamine and Dimethyl Carbonate using CH3ONa as a catalyst. The yield of TDC is increased about 20% when methyl formate is added. 2,4- Toluene Diformamide and N- (2-methyl-5-amino) phenyl formamide formed in the reaction play key roles to the improvement of TDC yield. The reaction mechanism is discussed.
