摘要
目的:介绍我院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)优化后的信息系统功能。方法:对我院新旧PIVAS信息系统在医嘱管理、查询统计和药库管理上的各功能项目进行比较。结果与结论:与旧系统比较,新系统在医嘱管理的工作界面、修改批次记录和退药功能上更加完善,并可准确查询、统计退药和配置袋数量,库存管理工作更加简单和快捷。新系统应用后能有效提高工作效率和工作质量,工作更加精确和系统化,促进了PIVAS工作的科学化和规范化。
OBJECTIVE： To introduce the fimction of information system after PIVAS of our hospital has been optimized. METHODS ： The function and action of new and old information system of PIVAS were compared in terms of medical order man- agement, inquiry, and statistics and drug storage management. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Compared with old system, new sys- tem is more prefect in terms of medical order management interface, verifying lot number record and drug repercussion, and can in- quire and calculate the number of drug repercussion and drug bag accurately, so that drug storage management is more simply and rapid. New information system of PIVAS can improve the work efficiency and quality, drug dispensary is more accurate and system- atic. The information management can promote the scientific and standard work in PIVAS.
