摘要
目的:为基层医疗卫生机构建立静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)提供参考。方法:结合《静脉用药集中调配质量管理规范》,分析和探讨基层医疗卫生机构在建立PIVAS过程中存在的关键问题。结果与结论:基层医疗卫生机构在建立PIVAS时,应结合自身实际情况,并参照《静脉用药集中调配质量管理规范》所提出的要求,充分做好相关的准备工作,并需要着重解决好成本-效益、人员配置、信息管理系统建立、制度健全、临床药学发展等问题。
OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the establishment of PIVAS in primary hospitals.METHODS：Based on the standards of Quality Control for Centralized Dispensary of Intravenous Drug,the key problems for the establishment of PIVAS in primary hospitals were analyzed and explored.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The establishment of PIVAS in primary hospitals should be combined with the actual situation and referred to the standards of Quality Control for Centralized Dispensary of Intravenous Drug.Related matters should be fully prepared.It is necessary to focus on cost-effectiveness,staff,information management system,system perfection and the development of clinical pharmacy,etc.
