摘要
【目的】考察两面针4个部位(根、茎、叶、地上部分)对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的影响,为两面针扩大药用部位提供参考。【方法】观察两面针根、茎、叶、地上部分对盐酸乙醇致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的影响,同时观察不同剂量两面针叶对消炎痛致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的影响。【结果】两面针根、茎、叶、地上部分均可减轻盐酸乙醇所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤;30 g.kg-1.d-1剂量两面针叶可减轻消炎痛所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤。【结论】两面针根、茎、叶及地上部分均具有一定的胃黏膜保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of four parts of Zanthoxylum nitidum（Roxb.）DC.,including roots,stems,leaves and over-ground part,on rat gastric mucosal injury induced by hydrochloric acid ethanol,thus to expand the medicinal parts of Zanthoxylum nitidum.Methods We observed the effect of roots,stems,leaves and over-ground part of Zanthoxylum nitidum on rat gastric mucosal injury induced by hydrochloric acid ethanol,and investigated the effect of leaves of Zanthoxylum nitidum in different dosages on rat gastric mucosal injury induced by indomethacin.Results The roots,stems,leaves and over-ground part of Zanthoxylum nitidum could reduce rat gastric mucosal injury induced by hydrochloric acid ethanol,and Zanthoxylum nitidum leaves in 30 g·kg-1·d-1 relieved rat gastric mucosal injury induced by indomethacin.Conclusion The roots of Zanthoxylum nitidum as well as its stems,leaves and over-ground part exert protective effect on gastric mucosa.
