炼化装置腐蚀监测技术应用及进展 被引量:23

摘要 随着国内大部分炼化企业炼制高硫原油,设备腐蚀日益突出,也造成了严重的经济损失和人员伤亡,腐蚀的防护与监测也就显得越来越重要。腐蚀监测技术作为一种在不影响生产系统正常运行的情况下,对设备的腐蚀速率和与之有关的一些参数进行连续测量的技术,在国内石油炼化企业得到了飞速发展。阐述了腐蚀监测的意义,它实现了远程、连续监控炼化设备腐蚀情况,降低腐蚀对企业生产造成的影响,为企业信息化管理、分析决策提供可靠依据;总结了在线监测技术在炼化企业的发展,特点主要表现在:在线腐蚀探针应用普及、多种监测技术综合应用、全厂腐蚀监测概念在企业基本确立以及在炼油厂建设阶段把腐蚀监测纳入工程设计方案。列举了腐蚀监测方法,并加以分析,最后预测了炼化装置腐蚀监测的发展趋势,即朝着影响因素在线监测、腐蚀过程在线监测、腐蚀结果在线监测和腐蚀事故在线监测发展。 With increasing amount of high-sulfur crude oil processed in the refineries in China,corrosion of the equipment becomes increasingly prominent,imposing serious economic losses and casualties problems.Therefore,corrosion protection and monitoring will become increasingly important.Corrosion monitoring technology,a technology which performs continuous monitoring and measurement of equipment corrosion rate and relative parameters without affecting the normal operation of the units,has seen a rapid development in petroleum refining and petrochemical industries in China.The significance of corrosion monitoring is discussed.With corrosion monitoring systems,the remote monitoring and continuous monitoring of corrosion of refinery equipment has been realized,which reduces the impact of corrosion on production and provides reliable information for enterprise information management platform and decision making;The present development situation of on-line corrosion monitoring in refineries and petrochemical plants are summarized.The main characteristics are: wide application of on-line corrosion probes,integrated application of monitoring technology applications,establishment of plant-wide corrosion monitoring concept as well as incorporation of corrosion monitoring in the design of oil refineries and petrochemical plants.The corrosion monitoring methods are listed and analyzed.The corrosion monitoring development trend of refinery and petrochemical equipment will be towards the on-line monitoring of influencing factors,corrosion process,corrosion results and corrosion accidents.
