油气管道的在线检测与直接评估技术

摘要 油气管道的完整性管理技术是目前国际上流行的管道管理模式,在线检测技术为实施管道的完整性管理提供了数据资料和技术支撑。主要论述了在线检测的两种主要方式,即漏磁检测法与超声波法,并比较了两者的异同。同时,对管道在线内检测技术有效补充的直接评估技术也进行了论述。在此基础上,提出了我国管道检测技术的发展方向与重点。 Integrity management technology for oil and gas pipeline is an internationally-popular model of pipeline management. On-line inspection technology provides data and technical support for implementing integrity management. This paper is mainly concerned with two major modes of on-line impaction: magnetic leakage and ultrasonic inspection. Meanwhile, a discussion is also made of direct assessment technology as an effective replenishment to online pipeline inspection technology. On this basis, pipeline inspection technology . On this basis, the direction and priorities for China's future development in pipeline inspection technology are proposed.
