摘要
针对现有食品安全监管模式在食品安全风险控制中存在的弊端,基于供应链视角,在分析食品安全监管模式创新成因的基础上,构建了食品安全监管模式的创新体系,指出食品安全监管创新链包含的传递路径是全程监管、联动监管、法律监管、社会监管;基于监管创新链,提出食品供应链安全风险控制策略,希望为食品安全监管部门以及食品行业相关决策部门提供一定的决策支持。
Aiming at the abuse of the existing food safety supervising model needed to venture control,by the view of supply chain,on the base of the analysis about the innovation cause of food safety supervising model,its innovation system was constructed. It was pointed that the path to the food safety supervising innovation chain included process control,linkage control,law control and society control. Based on the supervising innovation chain,the safety venture control strategy of food supply chain was proposed. It was hoped that some decision assists were provided for food safety supervisors and food decision departments.
