摘要
针对目前起重机的设计试验现状,利用SolidWorks结合Simulation对300tonx72mH45M门式起重机柔性支腿进行了三维建模和空间受力分析,从而在一定程度上替代了实际工程试验并突破其局限性。对该门式起重机柔性支腿进行试验仿真研究,从而为设计该门式起重机及其重要结构件提供信息,解决了样机试验中存在的问题。
According to the present situation of the crane test,3D modeling and space force analysis for the flexible leg of 300ton×72mH45M door crane based on SolidWorks and Simulation.The method can substitute the practical engineering test and break through its limitation in a certain degree.Using Computer aided engineering analysis method,simulation research was done to the flexible leg of 300ton×72mH45M door crane so as to provide abundant imformation to the design of crane and important parts and solve the problems occuring in the experiment of prototype.
