摘要
针对桁架门式起重机的结构特点,建立结构优化设计模型,以起重机金属结构重量最轻为目标函数,以结构的主要梁构件的截面尺寸为设计变量,以强度、刚度为约束条件,完成了桁架门式起重机主梁的优化设计。
An optimization design model is established aiming at the structure characteristics of truss gantry crane. The minimum weight of the metal structure is used as an objective function, the section size of tie main girder components is used as design variable, the strength and rigidity are used as the constraint condition, the optimization design of the truss gantry crane is accomplished.
