From the point of view of requirement, the paper distinguishes three different markets in energy saving and environmental protection industry. By taking SCP model as an analysis framework, the paper analyzes and compares three different market structures, enterprise behavior, performances, and sums up the problems and solving considerations existed in the different markets of energy saving and environmental protection industry.
