摘要
江苏节能环保产业发展迅速,目前其产业规模已位居全国首位。江苏省通过环保产业园建设推动产业发展的方式具有较强的典型性、可参照性。借鉴其成功经验和做法,加快推进节能环保产业园建设,对于破除中西部省份节能环保产业发展困境,促进产业转型升级具有十分重要的意义。本文以江西为案例,对江苏节能环保产业园建设经验及其启示进行了系统分析并提出相关政策建议。
The Energy Efficiency and Envi- ronmental Protection Industry of Jiangsu has developed rapidly, the industrial scale has been ranked first in China. The experiences to promote the industry development through the construction of environmental protection industrial park has strong representativeness.According to its successful experiences and practices,to accelerate the construction of Energy Efficiency and Envi ronmental Protection industry park,to get out of the industry developing trouble for the central and western provinces,and to promote the industrial restructuring and upgrading has important significance. This paper analyze the construction experiences of Jiangsu on the Energy Efficiency and Envi- ronmental Protection Industry park,takes Jiangxi as an example to analyze the implications of Jiangsu and give some related policy.
