摘要
在压力环境下进行GMAW焊接时,其焊接特性与常压下相比会有较大的区别。利用等离子体电弧光谱测量法采集GMAW电弧光谱并进行分析、计算,筛选出合适的特征谱线用来对本实验电弧温度进行计算研究,在0.1~0.8MPa的压力范围下,获得了GMAW电弧温度随压力升高的变化规律。
The GMAW welding characteristics is quite different between atmospheric pressure and under pressure environment.The paper was based on the principle of plasma arc spectrum measurement,has analysed and calculated the collected GMAW spectrum information.The characteristic lines were selected.The arc temperature under different pressure was studied by these lines.Got GMAW arc temperature increased with the pressure from 0.1 MPa to 0.8 MPa.
