摘要
本文将社会支持网络理论引入到大学生自主创业的研究中,阐述了社会支持网络的内涵与构成,分析了社会支持网络不足对大学生自主创业产生的多重影响,并从社会支持网络主体的角度,构建了政府加强政策扶持与平台支撑、学校强化教育培训与实践指导、社会参与合力形成与氛围营造、家庭提供精神支持与个人提高创业能力"四位一体"的大学生自主创业社会支持网络体系。
This paper introduces a social support network theory to the study of college students’entrepreneurship,and expounds the content and composition of the social support network.In addition,it analyzes the multiple effects on college students’entrepreneurship for a lack of social support network,and builds a four-in-one social support network system for college students’entrepreneurship from the perspective of social support network subject,with the government strengthening policy support and platform support,schools strengthening education and practice guidance,the society participating together to create an atmosphere,and families providing spiritual support,together with individuals improving entrepreneurial capacity themselves.
