摘要
根据目前铁路煤炭的运输方式,研制了煤炭抑尘剂喷洒适用的设备类型及单位平米的喷洒量,并对其抑尘喷洒量、喷洒作业方式及喷洒效果进行了现场试验。结果表明:摆臂式和龙门式抑尘喷洒设备的抑尘效果较好,通过使用该类设备实现煤炭表面均匀喷洒抑尘剂产品可以有效降低粉尘对环境的污染。
In this paper,according to current transportation methods of railway coal mine,the author developed type of equipment and spraying amount each square meter of dust inhibitor.Then,the author tested spraying amount,working methods and effect of dust inhibitor.The results showed that effect of equipments of dust inhibitor spraying amount of arm type and gantry were better than other methods.Using the equipments could realize even spraying of coal mine surface which could reduce pollution of dust to environment.
