万东45型胃肠床起卧运行速度曲线的修定

摘要 目的:改善万东45型胃肠床运行状况,减少过冲和震荡现象,以达到最佳的运行效果。方法:根据胃肠床起卧工作原理,深入分析床台的特定运行速度曲线和实际应用中存在的问题,通过实验给出了相应的曲线补偿,确定了运行参数变量。结果:证实了胃肠床起卧运动的速度-时间曲线直接关系到胃肠床的运行效率和舒适效果。结论:通过推导万东45型胃肠床的速度运行曲线,使该床的变频器在限时器中断中实时更新DA模块的输出,得到圆滑的速度给定曲线,从而拖动电机平滑启动、制动,在此模式下经过200余次的带人试验,胃肠床的起卧运动一切正常,保证此种修正方案的正确性和可行性。 Objective: To improve the 45 X-ray diagnostic table’s operation to reduce overshoot and shock to achieve the best operating efficiency. Methods: According to table’s work elements, in-depth analysis has been done on the table’s specific speed curve and problems in practical application. Through the experiment, we gave the corresponding compensation variables to determine the operating parameters. Results: It was confirmed that the diagnostic table’s velocity-time curve was directly related to the table’s operation efficiency and comfort effects. Conclusion: The stress of the paper lies on deduction of the Speed-time curve, which helps Wan Dong 45table’s inverter update the output of DA module during the interruption of timer, so the inverter can have a smooth given speed curve. Thus the motor can start and brake smoothly. In this mode, after more than 200 tests, the table keeps normal movement. It ensures the correctness and feasibility of the amendments.
