摘要
针对目前邮包自动化立体仓库中堆垛机控制系统存在的问题,将PLC技术和变频控制技术相结合,基于变频器S型运行速度曲线的改造,并利用旋转编码器与光电开关进行堆垛机定位系统的设计,为邮包立体仓库堆垛机自动控制系统的设计提供了一种新的思路和方法。
According to the problems with SRM control system in postal parcel automatic high-rise warehouse,on the basis of improvement of S-type operation speed curve of inverter,the rotary encoder and photo-electric switch are utilized to design the SRM positioning system,providing the design of postal parcel high-rise warehouse SRM automatic control system with a new idea and method.
