摘要
750 kV输电线路绝缘子在西北地区强风沙、强紫外辐射、温差大等恶劣自然条件的侵袭下,不可避免地出现绝缘子损坏等情况,甚至威胁到线路的安全稳定。同时750 kV作为西北地区的骨干网架,停电检修影响范围广,所以带电检修就成了运维单位的主要消缺手段。从带电更换750 kV线路整串绝缘子用工器具的研发、制作、现场操作等方面进行了系统研究,形成了完整的标准化操作流程,为750 kV同类带电作业提供了可靠的借鉴。
Exposed to the harsh weather conditions such as sand storms and strong winds, intensive ultraviolet radiation and large temperature differences in the northwest, damages inevitably occur to the insulators on the 750 kV transmission line, threatening to the stable operation of the power line. As the 750 kV power system is the backbone of the power transmission system in the region, the power outage maintenance on the system affects the power supply in an extensive area, therefore the live maintenance operation has become the means of making-good of damages. This paper presents the study on the development, manufacture, and on- site operation of the eqnipment for the live replacement of the whole-set insulators on the 750 kV transmission line, providing a complete set of standardized operating procedures, which can also serve as reliable reference for the similar live operation the 750 kV transmission line.
