摘要
500kV紧凑型线路通常无法满足相关规程要求的带电作业最小安全距离,尤其在高海拔地区更是如此,故应根据线路实际情况,通过计算和试验相结合的方式校核紧凑型线路带电作业安全性,用实际带电作业危险率来判断带电作业是否安全。校核出天广四回罗百线紧凑型线路海拔1000m以下及以上地电位和等电位作业相对地的最小安全距离分别为3.2m和3.4m。
Because of the compact line structure, the requirements in minimum approach distance ruled by corresponding regulations can not be met in the 500 kV compact transmission lines, especially in the high altitude areas. Whether live working can put into practice or not should be decided based on the practicable dangerous rate of live working according to practical situation and combining computation with experiment.
