摘要
分析了党校图书馆的特点,指出党校图书馆应从信息创新、个性创新及管理创新等方面进行服务创新,通过提供即时信息、提高馆员素质、不断融入社会等途径实现党校图书馆服务功能创新。
This paper analyzes characteristics of the Party school library,and points out that the Party school library should make service innovations from the aspects of information innovation,personality innovation and management innovation,and realize the service function innovations through providing the timely information,improving the quality of librarians,and continuously integrating into the society,etc.
