摘要
创新是当今时代发展的鲜明特征,现代图书馆管理的本质也在于创新。论述了图书馆管理创新的必要性以及网络环境下图书馆服务模式的创新,并提出了图书馆在管理创新中应注意的问题。
The innovation is the obvious feature of the development of today＇ s time, and the essence of the management of the modern library lies in the innovation. This paper discusses on the necessity of library＇ s management innovation and the innovation of library＇s service mode in the network environment, and puts forward some matters needing attention in library＇ s management innovation.
