摘要
以48份茄子材料为试材,在120 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,研究了其在萌发期和幼苗期的耐盐状况。结果表明:萌发期和幼苗期的茄子耐盐性有所不同,根据茄子在幼苗期的生长情况,筛选出16个耐盐材料,22个盐敏感材料,其余为中等耐盐材料。
The salt tolerances of 48 eggplant materials at germination and seedling stages were investigated under 120 mmol/L NaC1. The results showed that their salt tolerances at both stages were somewhat different;and according to the growth of eggplant seedlings, 16 materials were tolerant to salt,22 materials were sensitive to salt.and the rest were medium in salt tolerance.
