距瓣豆对盐胁迫的生理响应及综合评价 被引量:1

Physiological Response and Comprehensive Evaluation of Centrosema pubescens to Salt Stress

摘要 采用土培盆栽试验,用不同浓度NaCl处理,对20份距瓣豆属种质材料进行了叶绿素、质膜透性、丙二醛、脯氨酸测定,并对其耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明,盐胁迫增加了距瓣豆的丙二醛含量,降低了叶绿素和脯氨酸含量,对质膜透性影响差异不明显。对20份距瓣豆材料在盐胁迫15d时进行隶属函数评价,耐盐能力较强品质为:050320020、050321040、071029001,耐盐能力较弱品质为:071103014、050320027、060219004。对20份距瓣豆材料的隶属函数平均值进行聚类分析,当R2=0.329时分为两大类,第Ⅰ类(耐盐型种质):CIAT25118、CIAT5627、CIAT873、050320026、020401049、CIAT5631、071103014、020301004、060219004、050321038、050320020、050320027、CIAT5189、050320021、南02139距瓣豆;第Ⅱ类(不耐盐种质):050321040、060219003、050321057、071029001、050319008距瓣豆。 In this study,the chlorophyll,plasma membrane permeability,malondialdehyde content and proline content of 20 Centrosema pubescens germplasms were measured by soil culture and potted experiment with the treatment of different concentrations of NaCl,and their salt tolerance was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that salt stress increased malondialdehyde content, decreased chlorophyll and proline content,and had no significant effect on plasma membrane permeability.Under 15 days of salt stress,the membership function evaluation was carried out on 20 different kinds of C.pubescens materials.Compared with C.pubescens varieties of 071103014,050320027 and 060219004,the varieties of 050320020,050321040 and 071029001 showed a stronger salt tolerance.Further,The 20 different C.pubescens germplasms were clustered to divided into two categories based on the analysis of average membership function,and the Class Ⅰ(salt tolerant germplasms) included CIAT 25118,CIAT 5627,CIAT 873,050320026,020401049,CIAT 5631,071103014,020301004,060219004,050321038,050320020,050320027,CIAT 5189,050320021 and 02139 while the Class Ⅱ(non-salt-tolerant germplasms) contained 050321040,060219003,050321057,071029001,050319008.
