摘要
目的:建立满山红油的特征图谱。方法:采用GC法Agilent HP-5(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),程序升温条件为100℃保持18 min,每分钟0.5℃升温至110℃,再以每分钟1℃升温至140℃,保持20 min,进样量为1μL。结果:经程序升温对满山红油中的50余个成分进行了分离,其中8个峰基本达到基线分离,经GC-MS推测了结构。结论:通过满山红油特征图谱的建立,可以更好的控制满山红油产品的质量。
Objective:To establish the characteristic spectrum of 01eun rhododendri daurici. Method: The content was determined by GC with Agilent HP-5 (30 m × 0. 25 mm × 0.25 μm) chromatographic column, with hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) as detector. First,the temperature should be maintained to 100 ℃ for 18 minutes, and then heating up to 110 ℃ with the speed ofO. 5 ℃ · min-1 ; then heating up to 140 ℃ with the speed of 1 ℃. min-1 , maintain this temperature for 20 minutes. The injection volume was 1 ILL. Results: After programmed temperature processing, more than 50 constituents of Oleun rhododendri daurici were separated and in which 8 peaks achieve baseline separation basically. Conclusion : For quality control, the characteristic spectrum of oleun rhododendri daurici should be established.
