摘要
该文建立了同时测定婴幼儿食品中54种挥发性有机污染物的气相色谱-质谱方法。称取适量样品于20 mL顶空进样瓶中,加入5 mL氯化钠饱和溶液分散,加热振荡,目标物经DB-VRX毛细管色谱柱分离,单四极杆质谱全扫描模式测定。结果表明:奶粉基质中各化合物的线性范围为0.010~0.100 mg/kg,定量下限均为0.010mg/kg;粉状辅食基质中各化合物的线性范围为0.010~0.250mg/kg,定量下限均为0.010 mg/kg;泥状辅食基质中各化合物的线性范围为0.002~0.250 mg/kg,定量下限均为0.002 mg/kg。在不同加标浓度水平下,奶粉、谷物粉和果泥中各化合物的回收率为80.6%~130%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于19%。采用所建方法检测了35批次市售婴幼儿食品,9批次样品中共检出5种挥发性有机污染物。该方法前处理简单快捷,适用于婴幼儿食品中挥发性有机污染物的检测。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the simultaneous determination of 54 volatile organic pollutants in infant food.1 g of milk powder or 2 g of other sample was firstly put into a 20 mL headspace bottle,then 5 mL sodium chloride saturated solution was added.The sample was heated in a headspace at 90 ℃ for 30 min,and the top gas was injected into the gas chromatography for separation.54 volatile organic pollutants were separated on a DB-VRX capillary chromatographic column, and determined by quadrupole mass spectrometry in full scan mode. The results showed that the linear ranges for each compound in milk powder were from 0. 010 to 0. 100 mg/kg,with a quantitation limit of 0. 010 mg/kg,those for each compound in the powdered infant food ranged from 0. 010 mg/kg to 0. 250 mg/kg,with a quantitation limit of 0. 010 mg/kg,while those for each compound in the muddy infant food ranged from 0. 002 mg/kg to 0. 250 mg/kg,with a quantitation limit of 0. 002 mg/kg.Average recoveries at different spiked levels ranged from 80. 6% to 130%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) not larger than 19%.35 batches of commercially available infant foods were detected. 4-Isopropyltoluene, styrene, toluene, tetrachloroethylene and 1,2-dichloropropane were found in 9 samples.This method is simple and rapid,and it is suitable for the detection of 54volatile organic pollutants in infant food.
