摘要
建立了可食性动物组织中阿苯达唑、阿苯达唑-2-氨基砜、阿苯达唑亚砜、阿苯达唑砜、噻苯咪唑、5-羟基噻苯咪唑、奥芬达唑砜等7种苯并咪唑类药物及其代谢物的多残留检测的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。分析过程中以保留时间和2个MRM离子对(母离子和2个子离子)进行定性,以峰形好和响应值高的离子进行定量。结果表明,该方法检测苯并咪唑类药物残留的检测限为2ng/mL,定量限为10ng/mL。建立的方法灵敏、可靠,7种苯并咪唑类药物在2.0~500ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性,准确度和精密度都能满足残留检测的要求,可作为动源性食品中苯并咪唑类药物残留的定量检测和确证方法。
A liquid chromatographic/tandem mass spectrometric(LC/MS/MS) multiresidue method for the simultaneous determination of 7 benzimidazoles and metabolites residues in muscle and liver was established in this paper.Benzimidazoles and metabolites were extracted from ti-ssues by ethyl acetate,purified by hexane and waters MCX cartridge.The LC separation was performed on a reversed-phase C18 column using gradient elution.The benzimidazoles and metabolites analytes were detected with a quadrupole mass spectrometer using positive ion electrospray ionisation.MS data acquisition was generally performed in the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode with the mobile phase of water-acetonitrile-formic acid.The limit of detection(LOD) of the method was 2 ng/mL and the limit of quantification(LOQ) was 10 ng/mL.
