摘要
胃癌癌前病变是胃癌发生、发展的重要阶段,胃癌癌前病变的研究在胃癌的防治方面有着重要的意义。文章结合现代医学对胃癌癌前病变发病机制的认识,从中医整体学说之邪正盛衰理论分析其发病的病理机制。正虚是胃癌癌前病变发生的内在因素,邪实是疾病发展的重要条件,邪正胜负是决定疾病发生、发展的最终环节,扶正祛邪是治疗疾病的根本措施。文章分别从脾胃虚弱、先天不足、湿热中阻、肝胃不和、气机郁滞及血脉瘀阻方面分析胃癌癌前病变的发病机制。
Pre-cancerous lesions of gastric cancer is an important stage during the occurrence,progress and changes of gastric cancer.The research of pre-cancerous lesions of gastric cancer has important significance in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.This article,combined with the understanding of modern medicine to the pathogenesis of pre-cancerous lesions of gastric cancer,analyzes its pathological mechanism from the point of view of exuberance and decline of healthy qi and pathogenic factors under the concept of holism of traditionnal Chinese medicine.Insufficiency of healthy qi is one of intrinsic factors of pre-cancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Superabundance of pathogenic factors is an important condition for progress and changes of the disease.The increase or decrease of healthy qi and pathogenic factors are ultimate responsible for the occurrence,progres and changes of the disease.Strengthen healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors is an essential measures for curing diseases.This paper analyzes the pathogenesis of pre-cancerous lesions of gastric cancer from the aspect of weakness of the spleen and stomach,congenital deficiency,dampness-heat stagnated in the middle energizer,disharmony between the liver and the stomach,stagnation of qi and stasis of blood.
