摘要
研究了Na2CrO4 、NaNO3 、葡萄糖酸钙等添加剂在电解法制备氧化亚铜过程中对氧化亚铜产品质量的影响。试验结果表明,葡萄糖酸钙、Na2CrO4 、NaNO3 都能有效地抑制阴极区海绵状金属铜粉的生成,但葡萄糖酸钙的作用较其它几种添加剂的效果好,并且不存在对水源的污染等问题,因而是一种较理想的添加剂。
The effects of additives,such as Na 2CrO 4,NaNO 3 and calcium gluconate on the quality of cuprous oxide in the process of electrolysis are studied.The results show that Na 2CrO 4,NaNO 3 and calcium gluconate could effectively prevent the deposition of spongy copper powder on the cathodes,but the effects of calcium gluconate are better than the other additives,and also it doesn't exist the problem of polluting water source.So calcium gluconate is a kind of ideal additive in the process of electrolysis to produce cuprous oxide.
