摘要
采用水溶液电解工艺制备出了船底防污涂料用的氧化亚铜粉末。研究了电解液组成及其浓度、电解温度以及电流密度等因素对氧化亚铜产品质量的影响,得到了电解法制备氧化亚铜的优化工艺条件:[NaCl]=250g/L,[NaOH]=0.1~1.0g/L(pH=11.1~12.1),电解温度:80~85℃,电流密度:500~1500A/m2,[Na2CrO4]=0.03~0.05g/L。在此工艺条件下可制备出Cu2O≥97%以上的产品。
Cuprous oxide powder used in boat paint for anti-contamination is produced
by electrolytic method.The effects of operating conditions,such as the
composition,concentration and temperature of electrolyst,anode current density on the quality of
cuprous oxide are studied.The optimum conditions for preparation cuprous oxide by electrolytic
process are determined::250 g/L,:0.1~1.0 g/L(pH=11.1~12.1),temperature:80~85 ℃,[Na
2CrO 4]: 0.03 ~0.05 g/L,anode current density:500~1 500 A/m 2.The product with Cu 2O≥
97% is obtained under above conditions.
