胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术中管状胃两种上提途径的比较 被引量：1

摘要 在食管癌外科治疗中，三切口食管癌切除术是最常用的术式之一。随着微创技术的发展，腔镜技术的应用越来越广泛。胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术开展的时间不长，术中须将管状胃上提至颈部进行食管胃吻合。有多种上提途径，最常用的是食管床途径和胸骨后途径。笔者对经两种不同途径行胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除术患者的临床资料进行对照分析，现将结果报道如下。
