新能源产业是一种高新技术产业,正在成为经济发展的引擎。当前我国加快培育和发展新能源产业具有难得的历史机遇,要按照基地化、规模化、集群化模式,通过发挥价格的推动和引导作用,完善新能源价格政策,为加快新能源开发利用,为新能源产业快速健康发展创造良好政策环境。
New energy industry is a high-tech industry and becoming the engine of economic development.Currently China faces a rare historical opportunity to cultivate and develop new energy industry.Base construction,scale production and clustering development are important methods in promoting the industrialization process of new energy exploitation and application.It＇s necessary to give a full play to the role of price in promoting and guiding,and to improve new energy price policy,so as to create a sound policy environment for new energy industry＇s rapid development.
