摘要
目的:了解二、三级医院手术室护士对医疗器械管理法规知识的掌握情况。方法:采用自行设计问卷,对209名手术室护士进行医疗器械法规知识调查。结果:二、三级医院手术室护士掌握医疗器械法规知识存在差异在13个问题中,有10个问题二级医院与三级医院的手术室护士回答正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:应针对不同等级医院的不同情况分别对手术室护士进行相关的医疗器械法规知识培训,才能更有效地提高手术室护士的医疗器械法规知识水平和管理水平,使手术室护士及时、正确、安全、有效地使用和管理相关医疗器械。
Objective：To understand the knowledge grasping status of law and regulations on medical instruments in the operation room nurses in the second,three-level hospitals.Methods：Using self-designed questionnaire,209 operating room nurses were performed the survey on the regulatory knowledge of medical devices.Results：The operating room nurses in the second,third-level hospitals had difference in grasping the law and regulation knowledge of medical devices.Conclusion：Aiming at different conditions in different levels of hospitals,the operating room nurses should be trained with the relative law and regulation knowledge of medical devices and make them to use and manage the related medical apparatus and instruments timely,correctly,safely and effectively.
