不同采集时间及温度处理对花绒寄甲卵孵化率的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Collecting Times and Different Temperature Treatments on Egg Hatchabilities of Dastarcus helophoroides

摘要 为了明确不同采集时间及温度处理对花绒寄甲卵孵化率的影响,采集时间设间隔1d、3d、5d,在8℃保存前后进行或不进行15℃缓冲,设4种温度处理类型共12种处理组合,对花绒寄甲卵的孵化率进行研究。结果显示:采集时间为间隔5d的孵化率或显著高于1d、3d,或与1d、3d无显著性差异。花绒寄甲卵8℃保存前后进行或不进行15℃缓冲,对其孵化率的影响无显著性差异,采集时间为间隔1d、3d或5d均是如此。综合本研究结果,考虑花绒寄甲卵卡实际生产过程中的简便性和可操作性,可考虑每隔5d收集卵一次,平均孵化率最高可达97.77%,校正孵化率为82.73%,8℃保存前后是否需要进行15℃缓冲处理,可视具体试验需求而定。 In order to clarify the effects of different collecting times and different temperature treatments on egg hatehabilities of Dastarcus helophoroides (Coleoptera : Bothrideridae), collecting times of the eggs were set with 1-day, 3-day and 5-day intervals respectively, with or without 15℃ buffering treatments before and after the preservation of the eggs at 8℃. 4 types of temperature treatment were set with 12 treatment combinations to study their hatchabilities. The results showed that: For the 4 types of temperature treatment, the hatehability of the eggs with 5-day-interval collecting time was significantly higher than that of the eggs with 1-day and 3-day-interval collecting times, or no significant differences. There were no significant differences between hatehabilities of the eggs with or without 15 ℃ buffering treatments before and after their prservation at 8℃, including collecting times with 1-day, 3-day and 5-day intervals. From the results of the study and for the convenience and operability in real production process of D. helophoroides egg cards, the eggs could be collected with 5-day intervals, whose average hatchability could reach 97.77% at the most, and the corrected hatchability could be 82.73%. Specific test requirements may or may not require the 15℃ buffering treatments before and after the preservation of the eggs at 8℃.
