摘要
将废弃混凝土经不同温度预处理后,添加10%~20%的水泥,制备建筑砂浆。结果表明:预处理温度低于700℃时,随着预处理温度的提高,破碎后细粉所占比例逐渐提高,破碎颗粒粒型逐渐良好,制得的砂浆性能逐渐提高。添加10%水泥的情况下,砂浆的抗压强度为2.1MPa,随着水泥添加量的提高,砂浆的抗压强度逐渐提高。提高混凝土的预处理温度,砂浆的强度也逐渐增强。在预处理温度达到600℃后,添加20%水泥砂浆的抗压强度达到36.2MPa。
The building mortar is prepared from waste concrete,which are thermal-treated at various temperatures and added 10%~20% cement.The results show that when the pre-treatment temperature is lower than 700℃,with the increase of pre-treatment temperature,the volume of the fine powder is increasing,the particle types of crushing particles are becoming better and the performances of mortar are improving.The compressive strength of mortar is 2.1MPa adding 10% cement,and the compressive strength of mortar increases with the increase of cement additions.The compressive strength of mortar also increases with the increase of pre-treatment temperature.When the pre-treatment temperature is up to 600℃,the compressive strength of mortar is 36.2MPa with 20% cement.
