摘要
采用标准稠度需水量,初、终凝时间,抗压强度,水化程度和XRD测试,研究了高温处理后旧水泥浆体(w/c=0.5)的再水化胶凝特性。结果表明:随着处理温度的提高,旧水泥浆的标准稠度需水量显著增大,初、终时间逐渐缩短,抗压强度呈上升趋势,在800℃左右达到最大值;热处理后旧水泥浆的再水化程度发展很快,1 d水化程度达到60%,28d水化程度接近90%。因此,热处理后旧水泥浆体的再水化胶凝特性与热处理温度有关,温度不同导致处理后旧水泥浆物理性能和脱水相化学组成存在差异,从而使其再水化胶凝特性表现出温度依赖性。
The rehydration characteristics of hydrated cement paste (HCP) (w/c : 0. 5) subjected to high temperatures were evaluated by the water requirements of standard consistency, the setting times, the compressive strength, rehydration degree and mineral analysis by XRD. The results showed that with the increase of heating temperature, the water requirement of the standard consistency of the pretreated HCP obviously increased, while the initial and final setting times gradually became shorter and the compressive strengths displayed a gradually increase tendency up to the maximum value at 800 ℃. The rehydration degree of the dehydrated phases at 1 d and 28 d were respectively up to 60 % and 90 %. Thus, the rehydration characteristics of preheated HCP were closely related to the heating temperature.
