正常成人左心室长轴运动速度的组织多普勒成像分析

摘要 目的 运用组织多普勒的定量组织速度成像(QTVI)分析正常人左心室壁运动的特点.方法 对30例正常人在静息状态下获取标准心尖二腔、四腔、长轴观的二维彩色组织多普勒图像,脱机测量左心室各心室壁基底段、中间段、心尖段的收缩期、舒张期速度.结果 正常人左心室同一心室壁内不同节段的运动速度呈梯度性,即基底部>中间部>心尖部.正常人左心室同一节段不同心室壁的运动速度以侧壁最高,后下壁次之,前间隔速度最低.经分析,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 组织多普勒尤其是组织速度成像可以定量、客观地评价心室壁运动,具有广阔的发展前景. Objective To analyze features of left ventricle wall motion with tissue doppler imaging technique.Methods Under quiescent condition,2-dimensional color tissue Droppler images of standardized two-chamber、four-chamber and long-axis view of cardiac apex were taken.Contraction and diastolic velocity of basal section、middle section 、apical section of every ventricle wall in left ventricle were recorded.Results 1.The speed of different fractions in the same left heart ventricle wall of health adults were consistent: basilar part 〉 intermedius 〉 apex of heart.2.The speed of lateral wall is the highest and enterior septum is the lowest.Conclusion Tissue Droppler,especially tissue speed imaging,can be used to quantatively and objectively evaluate left ventricle wall motion.
