鼻咽癌肺转移的诊断治疗 被引量：1

摘要 1 病历摘要 患者男性、51岁，因“涕血3个月”入院。2010年8月胸部CT检查诊断双肺转移瘤（图1）。2010-09-10我院鼻咽部CT检查示：鼻咽肿物侵犯咽旁间隙、颅底、蝶窦，伴右颈淋巴结转移（图2）；鼻咽镜行鼻咽肿物活检病理示：鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌。诊断为鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌cT3N1M1（双肺）Ⅳc期（AJCC2010），
