摘要
目的研究带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者不同的心理状态对患者的生活质量和神经性疼痛的影响。方法选择门诊及住院的100例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,用SCL-90自评症状量表、皮肤病生活质量指数问卷和疼痛评分问卷进行问卷调查。结果带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者心理状态受到一定影响,其中焦虑、抑郁状态最为严重,并与生活质量指数和神经性疼痛评分相关。结论带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的心理状态与皮肤病生活质量指数及疼痛评分呈正相关,治疗过程中要积极与患者沟通,关注患者的心理状态。
Objective To investigate the influence of post-herpetic neuralgia（PNH） patients＇ psychological condition to their life quality and neuralgia. Methods 100 in-patients and out-patients with PNH were investigated with questionnaire of Symptom Check List-90 （SCL-90）, dermatology life quality index（DLQI） and the-6-point behavioral rating scale（RBS-s）. Results The PNH patients had poor psychological condition, among which depression and anxiety were most serious, and had correlation with DLQI and RBS-s. Conclusion The psychological condition of PHN patients was positively correlated with DLQI and RBS-s, and the doctors should pay more attention to psychological status of the patients through active communication during the treatment.
