摘要
目的建立垂阴茶糖浆的定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,以阴行草、垂盆草苷、岩白菜素作对照,对垂阴茶糖浆中的3味中药进行定性鉴别。结果薄层分离效果好,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂质量控制的定性分析。
Objective To establish the qualitative identification methods of vertical Yin tea syrup. Methods Yin Cursive, sarmentosum glycoside, Bergenin as control of the vertical shade in three flavors of tea syrup medicine for qualitative identification. Results The separation of the three TLC is good, the spots are clear, negative control without interference. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, can be used as a qualitative analysis in the quality control of the preparation.
