摘要
对比了国内外薄膜绕包烧结电磁线的制备自动控制技术,分析比较了高频恒温恒压装置、红外线测温仪、恒张力控制器、压轮距感应器出口距离的设计原理。结果表明:改用螺旋形感应线圈、减小红外线测温仪测温误差、改善恒张力控制装置使节距漂移量变小及增加薄膜烧结机生产线速度可使国内薄膜绕包烧结电磁线制备自动控制技术的设计更为合理,产品质量稳定性更高。
The automatic control technology at home and abroad in manufacturing copper magnet wire was compared,and the design principles of high-frequency and constant-temperature constant-pressure device,infrared thermometer,constant-tension controller and the distance between roller and exit of high-frequency induction were analyzed.The results show that the design of automatic control technology can be more reasonable when using spiral induction coil,reducing the temperature error of infrared thermometer and pitch drift amount of constant-tension controller and increasing the production line speed of sintering machine,and the product quality stability is better.
