摘要
采用复矢量磁位-复标量位(A-φ)法计算涡流场,同时基于磁场分析和法拉第电磁感应定律得出了矢量磁位(A)与等效电路参数的耦合方程。基于此方程,对连续运动带材横向磁通感应加热过程进行了涡流场、温度场与等效电路的耦合分析,其中耦合场的计算采用了三维有限元方法。计算结果与测量结果表明,与以能量损耗为基础的场路耦合方程相比,本文所给出的耦合方程更准确。
A - φ method was used for eddy current field analysis, and based on magnetic circuit analysis and Faraday law of electromagnetic induction,coupled field-circuit equation was derived,which was expressed by magnetic vector potential A and the parameters of the equivalent circuit. With that equation,the eddy current field, the temperature field and the equivalent circuit were coupled analyzed for transverse flux induction heating process for continuously moving strip, where three dimensional finite element method was applied to calculate the coupled field. Compared with the coupled field-circuit equation based on energy loss,the calculation and measured results show that the proposed field-circuit equation has more precision.
