摘要
9号线一期工程作为上海第一条轨道交通市郊线,与国内其他市郊线路一样,在运营初期出现客流量低、不能有效带动周边用地开发等不足。而东京TX线作为一条与9号线一期工程区位特征及功能定位均非常相似的市郊线路,开通后,客流稳步上升,且有效带动了卫星城和整个沿线地区快速发展。对上海轨道交通9号线一期及东京TX线就线路特征、周边土地利用成熟度、交通配套系统完善度等方面进行对比研究,找出9号线一期的不足,并借鉴TX线的先进措施,对9号线一期以及我国轨道交通后续市郊线路的规划、设计、建设的改善提供参考。
As the first suburban line of Shanghai Rail Transit and like other suburban lines, the first phase project of the suburban line of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9 presented such shortages as low passenger traffic flow in the early operation and not effectively-driving the development of surrounding land, etc. As a suburban line very similar to the first phase project of Line 9 in location features and functions localization, the Tokyo TX line, after its opening, presented passenger traffic flow rising steadily and effectively promoted the rapid development of the satellite cities and the whole area along the line. Through a comparative study of the line features, the surrounding land-use maturity and the perfection of transport auxiliary facilities of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9 and Tokyo TX line, this paper finds out the deficiency of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9, uses the advanced measures of Tokyo TX line and provides the references for improvement of planning, designing and constructing of the first phase project of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9 and subsequent suburban lines of China rail transit.
